Beautiful, wonderful hotel, there's heated pool and location is excellent by trolley. The units are reasonably large with beautiful views of down town. They have good choice of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a while. The location of the hotel was ideal, nestled in a quiet and tranquil area of the bustling city.

There were a few minor hiccups during our stay. there was a mix-up with our room reservation upon check-in.

Absolutely loved my Easter stay at this hotel! The spacious rooms were heavenly, with the most comfortable beds. The lobby and dining areas were breathtakingly decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The valet service was top-notch, always greeting me by name and providing efficient service. I also enjoyed the complimentary car service, which made it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and attractions within a 3-mile radius.

The only downside was not having access to the Club Lounge and complimentary breakfast as a Marriott Platinum Member, despite being told otherwise a week before checking in. It would have been nice to have that added perk during my stay.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. The bar service was quite good, and the valets were quick, friendly, and attentive.

My Deluxe Suite was quite spacious, but the decor felt dated and drab. The view from the room was unimpressive, looking onto a roof with stacks.
